My Cantine supports you step by step.

First, our team will handle the technical and logistical preparation for the installation of the My Cantine autonomous restaurant.

Next, we will take care of all administrative and contractual matters as well as the integration of the back office.

Finally, on launch day, My Cantine will be there to support and train your employees, helping them adapt to the change and get familiar with this new service.

You have a dedicated point of contact, your account manager, to answer all your questions and handle all operational matters.

This account manager may be with the food operator serving you or with My Cantine. In both cases, we work closely with the food operator to ensure impeccable service for your teams.

A dedicated team works on weekends to address your requests. We also arrange for our account managers to be on call, ensuring they are available to visit your site if needed.

EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTION

How does it work?

The employer is not required to pay for employees' meals.

This depends on the company's policies and the employee benefits it offers. When a company decides to go further and actively contribute to its employees' meals, My Cantine provides two non-exclusive options:

A direct contribution through NFC cards distributed to employees, preloaded with a balance by the company, which can be used with our autonomous restaurant.

An employer subsidy adjustable by dish and employee category. Our teams are available to assist you in planning and implementing this option.
